Cressana® developed a freeze-drying technique at low temperature to preserve the natural nutrients of watercress as much as possible.

The freeze-dried watercress concentrate is the main ingredient in Cressana^®’s organic range: it is used pure in vegetable-based capsules or processed in macerates with unrefined organic coconut oil.

Unlike most other food supplements, the content of all Cressana® capsules is 100% pure, with no
additives. We use no fillers, preservatives, anti-caking agents, colouring agents or
other additives. The capsules are produced using GMO -free corn cellulose.
